Many have said i lost a lot of weight.

The fact is i've lost only 4 kg and that was since june!!! No harsh shortcuts, no pain, all natural. 

I'm now focussing on body sculpture (muscle gain). Beautiful. :)

I've started cooking brown rice for lunch at work (to the amusement of many colleagues in the office!) the past month.

The mini pink rice cooker attracted lots of attention many times!


....what's that smell? *frown*
            ...Is there fire? *worry*
                 ...i smell chicken rice! *hungry*
                        ...Is it fish today??? *wondering*


The cute little pink cooker has tugged the hearts of many in the office. It's just so fuzzy and warm sniffing in the air of brown rice brewing in the pot at lunchtime when one enters the place! It feels like love. It feels like home. It brings joy and freshen up the spirit instantaneously! ;)

    all of your foodstuffs look really good. congrats to you for living such a wonderful, well rounded, healthy lifestyle.

    i too have been working out regularly and watching what i have been eating a bit more closely these days. make an effort with such stuff really does something magnificent to one's way of life.

      Yes, a little effort does make a great difference! :) Keep it up, pal! :) I only changed my lunch from plain rice to brown rice and it worked miracle! Awesome!     try to avoid stuff with vegetable shortening or refined vegetable oil or any refined oil of plant origin. trans fat is bad. scientifically proven.

    by the way, if you're getting brown rice, jasmine brown rice would be good. available from most supermarts.
    • Thanks for the sharing! :) I've tried long & short/round grain brown rice...and i still prefer the round/short grain. ;) Had just bought a short grain and jasmine pack from vitakids http://www.vitakids.biz/ today. They've pretty good stuff there! The soy rice milk...a gd nutritious packet drink is great n the rice chips come in tasty flavours! Awesome!
